IRS FRESH START

OFFER in COMPROMISE EXPERTS

A struggling taxpayer can find many tax resolution experts, through the internet, television and radio ads who claim to be IRS settlement experts. The IRS tax relief experts at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. get IRS settlement results.

FLAT FEE TAX SERVICE, INC. CASE:

On November 8, 2011, a struggling taxpayer from Venicia, California (northern California) was referred to Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. by one of our clients. She was not compliant with the IRS. She was missing her 2010 tax return. This desperate taxpayer owed the IRS $211,000.00. She has two (2) minor children and a decent job and made $4000.00 per month. She made more than enough money for the IRS to start seizing her paycheck through the levy process.

During our consultation, this struggling taxpayer confided that she had sent letters to the IRS regarding the Constitution. Let us make this perfectly clear: Sending letters to the IRS questioning the authorization of the IRS to collect taxes is never, ever a good idea. Do not do that.

After our consultation, this struggling taxpayer became a client of Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. Our IRS tax relief experts started working on her case immediately. Her 2010 tax return was filed and processed immediately. Our experienced IRS Tax Attorneys started the process of settling her IRS back tax debt through the IRS Fresh Start Offer in Compromise program.

Today, Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. can proudly declare that our client has settled her $208,000.00 IRS tax debt for a total of $1,000.00. Our client will pay the IRS $200.00 per month for five (5) months for a grand (excuse the pun) total of $1,000.00. Our client will get the "fresh start" that she and her minor children desperately needed.

IRS Fresh Start Settlement in Blue Mound, Texas - Flat Fee Tax Service Offer in Compromise

Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. announces another successful Offer in Compromise through the IRS Fresh Start Initiative. In June of 2011, the IRS tax relief team at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. received a call from a woman who resides in Blue Mound, Texas. She had a $40,000 back tax debt owed to the IRS.

The IRS had a levy on her wages. She was desperate and had little hope until she made the call to Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. Our client from Blue Mound, Texas offered her several valuable services: affordable IRS help with low monthly fees as well as reliable and thorough expertise.

OFFER in COMPROMISE RESULTS:

Our Blue Mound, Texas client, who owed the IRS $40,000 settled with the IRS for $2400.00. The IRS Tax Attorneys who prepared and negotiated the IRS settlement, has our client paying the IRS $100.00 per month for 24 months. That's it. $100.00 for 24 months and our client will have had her $40,000 completely wiped out and settled. That's what we, at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. call a real Fresh Start.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED FOR AN

IRS FRESH START

OFFER in COMPROMISE?

The IRS, through the IRS Fresh Start Initiative, has increasingly taken into account what a struggling can realistically collect from a struggling taxpayer.  The IRS announced it's newest rules regarding the settlement of back tax debt through what the IRS calls the Fresh Start Initiative.

Starting with the housing market collapse and the resulting recession, the sheer volume of struggling taxpayers has forced the IRS to make adjustments in their enforcement of tax liabilities.  Even today, four (4) years after the financial collapse, many of our friends, neighbors and fellow taxpayers are having a hard time making ends meet. People, like our Blue Mound, Texas client, are able to take advantage of these new rules that allow for more settlements with the IRS.

ADDITIONAL CHANGES TO THE IRS FRESH START INITIATIVE:

  • The IRS is now allowing a struggling taxpayer to repay their student loans as well as state and local taxes. The IRS, previously, disallowed these items when calculating a successful Offer in Compromise.
  • The IRS has reduced the future income calculation to one year of income for settlement offers that are paid within 5 months. Previously the IRS used four years of income. This is a huge savings for a struggling taxpayer. The IRS will use 2 years of income when calculating a settlement that will be paid in 6 months to two (2) years. Previously, the IRS used five (5) years of income to calculate an Offer in Compromise.
  • The IRS is now allowing credit card payments, bank fees and bank charges to be part of a taxpayers allowable living expense. Previously, the IRS ignored these items from a taxpayers monthly budget.
THE RULES HAVE CHANGED

THE IRS IS NOT WARM AND FUZZY

The IRS has loosened up the rules which has expanded the ability of a struggling taxpayer to settle with the IRS. The new IRS Fresh Start Offer in Compromise rules has made the availability of settling easier. But, be advised that the IRS is still the most powerful collection agency in the world. the job of the IRS is to collect money for a federal government that is flat broke. An Offer in Compromise will be accepted if the Offer paperwork has been done correctly. A settlement will be approved if the financials are correct. An Offer in Compromise will be successful if the settlement amount is correct.

WHY USE AN EXPERIENCED

IRS TAX ATTORNEY

There is nothing that the IRS would like better than for a struggling taxpayer to prepare and submit their own Offer in Compromise. The reason for this is simple. The IRS will process your Fresh Start Offer, but, the IRS will not assist you in its preparation. If you submit incorrect paperwork, your Offer will be rejected as "unprocessable" and sent back to you with an explanation. The IRS will continiue to collect the money that you owe. The very affordable IRS tax relief team at Flat fee Tax Service, inc. will prepare your Offer correctly. Deadlines will not be missed. The IRS Tax Attorneys at Flat Fee tax Service, Inc. will protect your rights.

Why Flat Fee Tax Service Is the Best Tax Resolution Company - - Affordable IRS Relief

The IRS Tax Relief team at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. keeps our public informed with the latest IRS tax news and information that will help resolve your IRS problem and lower your back tax debt.

We feel that we offer a struggling taxpayer the best value and service when seeking out an IRS tax resolution company that will stop an IRS Levy, file all unfiled tax returns and settle a back tax debt through the IRS Fresh Start Offer in Compromise program.

FLAT FEE TAX SERVICE, INC. AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
  1. IRS Levy Release - Our affordable IRS help team has built its reputation on our ability to have an IRS levy stopped and released within 1 day. No tax resolution company can have an IRS levy or garnishment stopped and released faster than we can.
  2. Prepare and File all Unfiled Tax Returns - If you have been a non-filer and years and years of unfiled and delinquent tax returns, the IRS could refer you to Criminal Investigative Division. At the very minimum, the IRS will bury you in failure to file penalties. The IRS will prepare A Substitute for Return for every unfiled tax return that you have failed to file. A Substitute for Return is a tax assessment that gives the legal authority to the IRS to seize your assets which includes your paycheck and Social Security. Our IRS Tax Attorneys and Certified Tax Preparers will reconstruct your past due tax returns. Filing your tax returns is the first step in getting you a fresh start.
  3. IRS Installment Agreement - Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. will negotiate a payment plan with the IRS, but only after our IRS Tax Attorneys have lowered your back tax debt to its lowest possible amount. Why would you agree to pay the IRS a monthly payment before your tax debt has been lowered. Any novice can agree to what the IRS dictates. It takes a savvy,  experienced tax professional to lower your tax debt.
  4. Offer in Compromise - The IRS has expanded its Offer in Compromise program to include more struggling taxpayers as well as lowering the settlement amount that is necessary to settle. The IRS Fresh Start Initiative is a program that every struggling taxpayer should look at. A taxpayer who is experiencing financial hardship can receive a fresh start.
  5. Currently not Collectible - Your Flat Fee Tax Service team may determine that the best course of action is to have you declared to be Currently not Collectible. Having you placed in hardship status will stop all IRS enforcement action except the IRS will file a federal tax lien. The Statute of Limitations will continue to run out and it is possible that you will never pay anything toward your back tax debt.
  6. IRS Penalty Abatements - If you have a "reasonable cause" for not having paid your IRS tax debt, the penalties that have been assessed by the IRS may be waived or reversed. A "reasonable cause" could be a medical reason, divorce, natural catastrophe, substance abuse, bad tax advice, etc.
  7. Innocent Spouse - You need to understand that receiving a favorable ruling for Innocent Spouse is nearly impossible. We recommend that you look at an Offer in Compromise or Penalty Abatement first.
  8. Payroll Tax Resolution - Our IRS Tax Attorneys will help resolve your 94 / 941 tax issues. The IRS considers 940 / 941 payroll tax problems to be a breach of trust and will be very aggressive. Should you have unpaid 940 / 941's, most likely, a Revenue Officer will be assigned to your case and the IRS will go after every person who was a signatory on the company bank accounts. If you have 940 / 941 payroll tax problems, you will need an IRS Tax Attorney who has worked with the IRS Enforcement Division.
  9. High Dollar IRS Tax Liabilities - If you owe the IRS a considerable amount (over $100,000) or have excessive unfiled tax returns, you should expect an IRS Revenue Officer to be assigned to you and your case. You will need an experienced IRS Tax Attorney to get between you and the IRS Revenue Officer.
The affordable IRS tax relief team at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. are highly skilled at working with the IRS, particularly the IRS Enforcement Division, as well as, state taxing authorities in resolving complex tax issues. The goal of Flat fee Tax Service, Inc. is not only to resolve and settle your IRS tax debt problem but also to work with you to make the necessary adjustments to keep it from happening to you again.

Our IRS Tax Attorneys have successfully negotiated against IRS penalties being assessed as well as prevented the seizure of personal and business assets. Stopping an IRS wage levy or garnishment is a routine matter for our tax resolution experts.

Unfiled Tax Returns - - Non-Filers - - Delinquent Tax Returns - - Back Taxes

DO YOU HAVE UNFILED TAX RETURNS?

DELINQUENT TAX RETURNS?

ARE YOU A NON-FILER?

REASONS TAXPAYERS HAVE FOR NOT FILING TAX RETURNS:

Some, but not all, taxpayers do not take the idea of filing their tax returns seriously. Some taxpayers are led astray but con men who promote the idea that the IRS does not have the authority to collect taxes. They do. Some other taxpayers have ego and attitude problems that prevent them from doing what is the responsible thing. Some taxpayers think they are over taxed and others simply think they do not have to pay taxes and if they are caught, they will "beat it.".

Then there is the taxpayer who just are overwhelmed by the entire process. Some taxpayers, simply, do not know how to fill out a tax return. Some taxpayers do not file their tax returns because of financial or emotional reasons. You, the struggling taxpayer,  may not have filed your tax returns because you missed a filing deadline due to personal issues. You may have been going through a divorce or you may have had health problems. Whatever your particular reason for being delinquent in filing your tax returns or handling your back tax debt, it really needs to be your highest priority.

THE IRS WILL FIND YOU. NON-FILERS ARE AN IRS PRIORITY.

Believe our IRS tax relief team when we tell you, it isn't worth it. You need to file your tax returns. Every year, ten (10) million or more taxpayers fail to file their tax returns. That is a number, year in and year out, that does not change. Do you really think that the IRS does not have mechanisms in place to deal with a problem such as that? If you are a "nonfiler," you will have your back taxes to pay and may be looking at substantial civil penalties. The IRS is getting better and better at finding nonfilers.

The IRS may not have found you yet, but they will. When the IRS finds your employer, your bank account or discovers that you are receiving a Social Security, Social Security Disbility (SSDI) or Veteran pension check, the IRS will levy you. Because you have unfiled tax returns, you have no rights and the IRS will stop the levy should you try and stop the levy on your own.

If you have unfiled tax returns, the IRS will create an assessment of your taxes. This assessment is called a "Substitute for Return" or SFR for short. A Substitute for Return is not a tax return at all. It is tax bill and it gives the IRS the legal authority to seize your assets. Failure to file your unfiled tax returns is considered to be tax evasion and the the IRS takes it seriously.

UNFILED TAX RETURNS CAN BE CONSIDERED TO BE CRIMINAL

Just ask Wesley Snipes about failure to file tax returns. If you are a nonfiler of tax returns, you may very well receive a visit from a Revenue Officer from the Criminal Investigative Division of the IRS. The IRS will routinely make an example of nonfilers so that taxpayers will take notice. Not only is your financial freedom at risk but your personal freedom is as well.

PENALTIES FOR UNFILED TAX RETURNS

You can visit our Website at, Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc., and we go into detail what the civil and criminal penalties for non-filing of tax returns are.

VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE - IRS POLICY:
  • The IRS will allow a taxpayer to submit the missing tax returns so they may avoid criminal prosecution. The missing, unfiled tax returns must be completely accurate. This is extremely important. If you file tax returns that are full of errors, the chance of criminal prosecution is heightened.
  • It is always best to voluntarily inform the IRS of your failure to file. The IRS will want to know that your income has been from legal sources.
  • It is important to file your correct tax returns, arrange a payment agreement or plan for resolution and make full disclosure before finding out that you are under criminal investigation.
  • Always have an experienced tax professional handle this entire problem. Do not "go it alone."
THE IRS WILL FIND YOU

The federal government is broke. The IRS is looking for money. For all of this political talk of "fairness" and other nonsense, make no mistake about it, the IRS will seize your property if you owe money for back taxes.

The IRS has increased its budget for technology. The IRS computer systems will work 24/7 to find you and your source of income. The IRS has targeted nonfilers as a priority. As of this writing, the federal deficit is over $16 TRILLION. The IRS has orders to collect. The IRS will use their computer software programs such as the IRS Information Reporting System (IRP) to match up your W-2's and 1099 information. If you are on Social Security, Social Security Disability (SSDI) or receiving a Veteran's check, the IRS computer will "talk" to the Financial Management System (FMS) computer. All federal checks go through FMS.

IRS Levy -- IRS To Increase Tax Levy on Taxpayers

THE IRS TO INCREASE TAX LEVY

on

Struggling Taxpayers

The IRS executes approximately 3.7 million tax levies and wage garnishments on bank account, paychecks, wages, Social Security, Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Veteran;s pensions each and every year. Struggling taxpayers, you are now on notice that the IRS plans on increasing tax enforcement but scheduling an additional $200 Million to their 2013 IRS Budget Proposal. The additional funds will allow the IRS to increase their tax audits and collection programs such as wage garnishments, bank account levies, etc.

The number one (1) collection tool that the IRS has at their disposal is the authority to levy a taxpayer's paycheck, wages, Social Security, Social Security Disability (SSDI), Veteran's pension and/or bank account. In 2011, the IRS issues over 3.7 million federal tax levies and over 1 million federal tax liens. This information comes from the IRS Report, "The Enforcement and Service Results for FY 2011."

The IRS will use a Tax Levy for two (2) purposes: to collect money and to "wake up" the delinquent taxpayer. If your wages, paycheck, Social Security, Social Security Disability (SSDI), Veteran's pension or bank account has been levied by the IRS, we don't have to tell you how devastating that has been. An IRS levy will leave you with little or no money.

FLAT FEE TAX SERVICE, INC.

Will Have Your

IRS Levy

Stopped and Released

in

1 Day / 24 Hours

It isn't difficult for the IRS to place a tax levy on you. There are numerous sources that the IRS can and will utilize in order to seize your property. These sources are gathered in the "Customer Account Data Engine" (CADE). This is a computer system that will match up a delinquent taxpayer's information with W-2, 1099, 3rd party employers and financial institution information. The computer does it all. Information in, information out.

Collection Notices are generated by and large through the IRS computer system which is called the "Automated Collection System" (ACS). Struggling taxpayers who owe back tax debt or have unfiled tax returns usually do not respond to IRS collection notices. Generally speaking, the average delinquent taxpayer who is facing an IRS levy has 3 years of unfiled / delinquent tax returns.

If you are a struggling taxpayer and you have an IRS levy action that is seizing your assets (wages, paycheck, etc.), it is not advisable that you negotiate with the IRS on your own. For one (1) thing, if you have unfiled tax returns, the IRS will refuse to work with you if you choose to "go it alone." Secondly, you are a novice and will not know what options that you have available.

The IRS Tax Relief Team at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. Will:
  1. Contact the IRS immediately and inform the IRS that you have representation and have the IRS stop and release the IRS levy.
  2. The experienced IRS Tax Attorneys, who is in charge of your case, will get a collection hold placed which will result in having your IRS problem removed from the Customer Account Data Engine Enforcement Computer.
  3. Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. will then proceed with the task of resolving your IRS problem. All cases with the IRS must be resolved.
HOW FLAT FEE TAX SERVICE, INC. WILL RESOLVE YOUR IRS PROBLEM:
  1. Unfiled Tax Returns - Prepare your unfiled and delinquent tax returns. You will become compliant with the IRS.
  2. Hardship - If, after going over your allowable expenses, it is determined that you cannot pay the IRS anything, Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. will proceed to have the IRS declare you to be Currently not Collectible. You may never pay the IRS anything.
  3. Installment Agreement - A taxpayer can make payments to the IRS on their back tax debt. There are many factors involved when you enter into a payment with the IRS. We do not advise that you negotiate an IRS Installment Agreement on your own. For one (1) thing, do you know if your tax debt has been reduced to its lowest amount possible? Have you explored a penalty Abatement or an IRS settlement?
  4. Offer in Compromise - Due to the economic times we are living in and the sheer volume of struggling taxpayers, the IRS has been forced to ease up on the qualifications for an Offer in Compromise settlement. The new IRS regulations are known as the IRS Fresh Start Initiative. If you are struggling to pay your back tax liability, you really owe it to yourself to see if you can get a fresh start. Find out if you are eligible for an IRS settlement through the Offer in Compromise program.
If you are receiving notices from the IRS, don't delay. Contact us at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. and receive your free and confidential consultation.
