Stop IRS Wage Garnishment - Stop IRS Wage Levy - One Day - Emergency IRS Levy Relief

IRS LEVY

IRS WAGE GARNISHMENT

The latest numbers from the IRS states the IRS issued 3.6 million levy notices. The IRS is very serious about their enforcement collection of overdue income tax debts. When a taxpayer ignores the IRS notices that have been sent, the IRS will use the IRS process to seize assets to pay off overdue income tax debt. An "asset" can be a house, cars, boats, savings accounts and your paycheck. Even Social Security, Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Veteran's Pension can be subject to IRS seizure.

FLAT FEE TAX SERVICE, INC.

HAS GREAT NEWS

video

The "Great News" from the IRS income tax relief team, at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. is this: Our Emergency IRS Levy Release Team will protect our client's rights and have their IRS wage garnishment stopped, removed, lifted and released in one (1) day. The exception to that rule is if an IRS Revenue Officer has been assigned to your case. If a Revenue Officer has been assigned, you should expect a three (3) or four (4) day delay.

The Emergency IRS Levy Response Team, at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc., will start the process to save your paycheck immediately upon being retained. That means we start the same day. We do not wait to initiate action.

Our IRS income tax relief team will negotiate with the IRS and get the very best solution possible. Possible solutions are:
  1. IRS Settlement through the Offer in Compromise program. You may very well be eligible and qualified to settle with the IRS. Find out if you can settle.
  2. Currently not Collectible - You may be able to stop paying the IRS for your overdue income tax debt. The downsize is the IRS will file a Federal Income Tax Lien. The upside is the Statute of Limitations will continue to run out while you do not make payments.
  3. Get into an IRS Installment Agreement that you can live with. Our income tax relief team will get you the lowest possible payment plan.
The Emergency IRS Levy Response Team, at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc., will use IRS law to your advantage having the wage garnishment stopped, removed, lifted and released based on the wage levy creating a hardship.

When the IRS seizes your bank account, it may seem bad, but it is "small potatoes" compared to the IRS seizing your paycheck through a garnishment. Most of your paycheck will be handed over to the IRS. If you get a paycheck the IRS will take most of it and leave you with very little. If you are a 1099 contractor, the IRS will take 100% of your earnings.

If you do NOTHING, the IRS will continue to take your money until the income tax debt, the penalties and the interest are paid in full.

Prior to the levy, the IRS will send certified mail to the taxpayer. The taxpayer may or may not have received the mail. The IRS has no obligation to ensure that the taxpayer received the levy notices.

The SMART MOVE is to contact the Emergency IRS Levy Relief Team at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. immediately. Is your paycheck important to you?

The only exception to that rule is when our client has an IRS Revenue Officer assigned to their income tax problem. These conditions will push the release of a levy back three (3) or four (4) days.

video

The IRS Tax Attorneys that work for you, at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc., have many years of experience in having a wage garnishment stopped, removed, lifted and released. Our IRS income tax relief team specializes in understanding precisely how the IRS works and the documentation needed to resolve our clients income tax problem.

In most cases, IRS wage garnishments and IRS levies will be stopped in one (1) business day, if done correctly. The IRS will garnish your paycheck or bank account as a lat resort. The wage garnishment is the most lethal weapon that the IRS has to enforce collection. A wage garnishment will leave the taxpayer financially devastated which is all the more reason to have an experienced IRS tax professional on your side.

The first action our team will enact on your behalf is to contact the IRS by phone and inform the IRS that you have a Tax Attorney. We will file the Power of Attorney (2848 Form) by faxing it over while we have the IRS on the phone. This is called a "compliance call." Your team of IRS tax relief professionals will find out if you are in compliance. Being "in compliance" means that all of your tax returns have been filed.

Our Tax Attorneys have been very successful at having IRS wage garnishments stopped, removed, lifted and released prior to having our clients made compliant.

FLAT FEE TAX SERVICE, INC. HAS NEVER FAILED

TO STOP, REMOVE, LIFT AND RELEASE AN IRS WAGE GARNISHMENT

Be advise, if you decide to contact the IRS on your own, you need to be extremely cautious. Prior to the IRS providing a taxpayer with any compliance information, the IRS WILL INTERROGATE YOU. The IRS will want to know the bank accounts that you have. The IRS will want to know what income and assets you have. This is one of the main reasons why you should not contact the IRS on your own. An IRS Tax Attorney DOES NOT have to release that personal information to the IRS.

Everything that happens with the IRS is determined by the IRS computers which is called the Automated Collection System (ACS). Depending on what the Automated Collection System says, a taxpayer may have to file the last six (6) years of income tax returns. The IRS may want to go back 15 years depending the severity of the tax problem. It is imperative that the IRS be contacted as quickly as possible.

Should there be compliance problems, the IRS will inform your Tax Attorney what tax years need to be filed. It is important to get these missing tax returns prepared and filed. DO NOT MAIL THOSE MISSING RETURNS. If you mail the missing tax returns in, the IRS may conveniently LOSE THEM. If the IRS "loses" your tax returns, the IRS can continue to garnish your wages.

When the IRS has determined that the taxpayer is compliant, a decision will need to made regarding the resolution of the income tax debt.

HERE ARE YOUR OPTIONS:
  1. Enter into an Installment Agreement. If you enetr into a payment plan, you will agree to pay the tax debt, penalties and interest.
  2. Be declared Currently not Collectible. Being Currently not Collectible means that the IRs has determined that the taxpayer cannot make payments on their income tax debt. The down side is, the taxpayer will have a Federal Income Tax Lien filed. This will affect your credit.
  3. Settle your IRS income tax debt through the Offer in Compromise program. If you are Currently not Collectible, take the extra step and settle with the IRS. At the end of the Offer in Compromise process, you will not have a Tax Lien and you will start received your tax refunds.
The knows that ninety per cent (90%) of all income tax cases will cause an economic hardship on the taxpayer if confronted with a wage garnishment. If the IRS Tax Attorneys at Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. contact the IRS, the wage garnishment should be stopped, removed, lifetd and released within a couple of hours.

If a taxpayer tries to stop the wage garnishment on their own, the IRS will drag it's feet and stall. The IRs knows that the taxpayer does not know what their rights are and will squeeze the taxpayer until "they cry uncle." Our IRS Tax Attorneys will force the IRS to comply with their regulations and rules.

Our IRS Tax Attorneys may also have our client declared to be a hardship and the wage garnishment will be released immediately. A hardship is when the wage garnishment is causing immediate risk to housing, transportation or food expenses.

Settle Your IRS Income Tax Debt For Less Than What Is Owed - Flat Fee Income Tax Help

Most financially distressed taxpayers find dealing with the IRS frustrating and intimidating. It is also very time consuming. Have you tried to call the IRS lately? You can expect to stay on the phone for several hours and maybe, just maybe, the IRS will answer your call.

Yes, a taxpayer can always represent themselves in front of the IRS. You are not being very smart, in our opinion, if you do, but, you can try and work out you own solution to your income tax debt. We suggest that you have an experienced IRS Tax Attorney, with a proven track record, handle your income tax problem. A financially struggling taxpayer will want to maximize their chances to settle with the IRS while minimizing their contact with the IRS. The IRS will treat your case differently if you have an IRS Tax Attorney.

Owing the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) money for an overdue income tax debt is very intimidating for most taxpayers. The IRS has designed their enforcement actions to be intimidating. The IRS has the power to garnish your wages (paycheck), seize your assets (bank account, stocks, auto, etc.) and the IRS can place a Federal Income Tax Lien on your property. A Federal Income Tax Lien will also injure your credit.

FLAT FEE TAX SERVICE, INC. HAS:

All of these IRS enforcement actions can be prevented. The IRS will be more amiable to an experienced IRS Tax Attorney than they will if taxpayer has no representation. A taxpayer several options available to resolve an income tax debt.

The IRS is a very powerful collection agency. Do not forget that. The IRS has the power of the Federal Government that can financially crush a struggling taxpayer. Why would you want to take them on? We understand that some people believe that they are "very clever" and believe they can "outsmart" the IRS. That is a big mistake, but, some people will continue to make that huge mistake.

We understand that some people who are struggling financially may not believe that they can afford an experienced IRS Tax Attorney. Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. makes it possible to have expert IRS representation at an affordable cost.

The IRS has computers that take in a tremendous amount of information. Eventually a W-2, a 1099 or some other transaction regarding you and money will enter their data banks. When it does, the IRS will send a order to levy (garnish) your wages or bank account.

If you find yourself with an IRS wage levy or IRS wage garnishment:

video

The longer you take to resolve your income tax debt, the higher the amount of penalties and interest you can expect to be added to your tax debt.

Your Options:

1. IRS Installment Agreement - Anyone can agree to a very bad payment plan. It doesn't take much to say yes to whatever the IRS demands from you. Get an expert to negotiate an IRS payment plan. You do not know what your rights are and you do not know what is available to you. An experienced Tax Attorney will keep your payment as low as possible based on your real ability to pay.

2. IRS Settlement through the Offer in Compromise Program - The IRS provides a mechanism to financially struggling taxpayers. If qualified and eligible, a taxpayer, who is not in the best of financial shape, can wipe out their income tax debt. The IRS has a expanded the eligibility requirements for an IRS settlement. Several years ago the IRS expanded the Offer in Compromise program through the Fresh Start Initiative.

The IRS has a complicated financial formula that they do not share with taxpayers. If a taxpayer proves to the IRS that they cannot pay their back income tax debt, the IRS will accept their settlement offer. It is always best to have an experienced IRS Tax Attorney prepare their IRS settlement. The IRS provides an opportunity to pay a very small amount as a full and final payment. If you qualify to settle with the IRS, JUMP AT THE OPPORTUNITY.

FIND OUT IF YOU QUALIFY FOR AN IRS SETTLEMENT

CALL: 1-800-589-3078

3. Currently not Collectible - When a taxpayer is unable to pay their overdue income tax debt, the IRS may agree not to enforce collection the tax debt owed. If the IRS chooses to place a taxpayer in Currently not Collectible status, it will usually last for a period of 1 to 2 years. The IRS will monitor the financial condition of the taxpayer. If the taxpayer has continued to struggle financially, the IRS will continue to back off.

Here are the plus and minus aspects of being Currently not Collectible:

On the plus side, yes, the taxpayer will not have to pay their income tax debt. The Statute of Limitations will continue to run out and it is possible that the taxpayer will never pay their income tax debt.

On the minus side, the IRS will file a Federal Income Tax Lien. This will affect your credit. It will affect your ability to rent an apartment or purchase a car. The IRS can rescind your Currently not Collectible status at any time. The IRS may not let you know that they pulled this status from you.

If you owe more than $10,000 and the IRS has declared you to be Currently not Collectible, why wouldn't you take the next step and file an Offer in Compromise settlement? If the IRS has decided that a taxpayer lacks the ability to pay their income tax debt, doesn't it make sense to settle the debt and get rid of it?

If you are a marathon runner and run a marathon race, would you quit when you get within 200 yards of the finish line? Of course you wouldn't. So, why wouldn't you take the extra step and settle your IRS income tax debt through the Offer in Compromise program. You won't have a tax obligation any longer. Federal Income Tax Liens will be removed. You will get a Fresh Start.

4. File Bankruptcy - You cannot "wipe out" tax debt that is less than 3 years old. If you are in bad enough financial shape that you need to file bankruptcy, it is our recommendation that you do an Offer in Compromise first. That is our opinion. Take care of your income tax entirely and stall your "retail" creditors. File the Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 after receiving the IRS settlement.

5. Expiration Statute of Limitations - The IRS has 10 years from the date of assessment to collect all taxes, penalties and interest. Date of assessment can be tricky. An expert IRS Tax Attorney can help resolve a taxpayer's back taxes by advising a strategy with the taxpayer on how to wait out the 10 year statute of limitations. Please, do not try this without an IRS tax professional.

To do any of the above, a taxpayer must be compliant. Your tax returns must be current.

San Antonio IRS Levy Help - Texas IRS Income Tax Help - Flat Fee Income Tax Relief - Stop IRS Garnishment Today

Financially struggling taxpayers in San Antonio and throughout the great State of Texas, who have an overdue income tax debt, have options when being confronted with an IRS levy. An IRS levy or garnishment is an enforcement action that the IRS will use to seize  a taxpayers wages and/or bank account.

Taxpayers, even though they may have a past due income tax debt, have rights. Although the IRS will not inform the taxpayers of their rights, there steps that can be taken to save a taxpayers paycheck. The IRS has rules that they must abide by.

Flat Fee Tax Service, Inc. the leader
in having an IRS levy, stopped, released and removed.

  • Our IRS Tax Attorneys can have your IRS levy stopped, released and removed in one day.
  • Our IRS income tax relief team can have all of your unfiled tax returns prepared and filed correctly.
  • Our IRS income tax resolution team will determine if you can be declared to Currently not Collectible. If you are eligible, our IRS tax relief team will advise you of the pros and cons in being Currently not Collectible.
  • Our IRS income tax relief experts will determine if you are qualified and eligible to settle your IRS income tax debt through the Offer in Compromise promise program.
Before a taxpayer, who has an income tax debt, agrees to any payment plan / installment agreement with the IRS, they should consult with a professional IRS tax relief specialist. The IRS has many rules and regulations regarding income tax debt:

  1. If a taxpayer owes less than $10,000, the IRS will not settle the income tax debt.
  2. If the taxpayer owes less than $25,000, the IRS may not ask for a full financial from the tax debtor before agreeing to an installment agreement / payment plan.
  3. If a taxpayer owes more than $25,000, the IRS will require that a complete financial Form 433-F be completed before agreeing to an IRS payment plan.
  4. If a taxpayer owes more than $50,000 the IRS rules for collection change again.
The taxpayer needs to be aware that Federal Tax Liens can be avoided. Even though a taxpayer can do their own IRS negotiation, we do not recommend it. The IRS will not tell you what your options are. The IRS is not obligated to inform you of your options. You think that entered a "good deal" and you may end up overpaying. You may end up with a Federal Income Tax Lien when it was unnecessary.
